Q: What type of coils does the ROBO2020 clean?
A: It cleans coils used in Sub-Ohm Tank Devices, Pod Devices, and AIO Vape Kits.

Q: What’s in the box?
A: Instructions, Power supply, and the ROBO2020

Q: Does this come with all the parts shown on the site?
A: No, the additional vape coils shown on the home page were to illustrate the variations ROBO2020 can accommodate.

Q: How is it powered? Does it take batteries?
A: The power supply is included. The ROBO2020 does not take batteries.

Q: How do I clean my Vape Coils?
A: If you have dirty or gunky vape coils or coil heads, simply put them in the ROBO 2020 Vape Coil Cleaner and in 30 minutes, you’ll have clean and dry vape coils! Check out our Ultimate Vape Coil Cleaning Guide.

Q: Do you offer it in different colors?
A: Today, the ROBO2020 is offered in only one color.

Q: Does it require an additional cleaning solution?
A: The ROBO2020 only requires clean water.

Q: How often should I clean my vape coil?
A: When taste from the coil is deteriorating or when you change flavors.

Q: Does the ROBO2020 clean and dry in the same setting?
A: No, there are two separate processes. The ROBO2020 will turn off after cleaning so you can rinse the coil. You need to start the Dry Cycle after rinsing the coil to dry the coil.

Q: What is the warranty?
A: Warranty is one year from the date of purchase. See the warranty registration card for details.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We will start shipping the ROBO2020 at the end of September 2020.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We are currently offering UPS Ground shipping from West Virginia. You will receive a UPS tracking number with your estimated delivery date.

Q: I live in West Virginia, can I pick up my order?
A: We’re sorry for any inconvenience, pickups aren’t available at this time.


RETURNS/REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS

Q: What is your return/refund policy?
A: We are happy to accept returns if you aren’t happy with your purchase. Return it and we’ll refund your purchase price or replace it if you wish. Contact us at info@robo2020.com.
